We make insurance services available such as Vacation Insurance and Security Deposit Protector, airline ticketing, rental cars, activities booking and the Personal Assistance concierge service.
    • Q: How does my company make money from travel services?

      A: You make money each time your guests purchase travel services. Below is a list of the services available to offer to your guests, along with a description of the service and the compensation to the lodging provider.

Compensation to Lodging Provider
Security Deposit Protector Provided in lieu of a traditional cash or credit security deposit, the security deposit protector is a policy purchased by guests that provides coverage in the event of accidental damage ($1,500 or $3,000). Net of "retail" policy price to guest (set by lodging provider) less "wholesale" policy cost.
Vacation Insurance Make vacation insurance available to guests, covering them in the event of trip cancellation, delay and travel related emergencies. The program includes automated quoting of the plan. Referral fee for each policy purchased.
Rental Cars Reserve rental cars from Avis, Budget and Enterprise at competitive online rates. Easily access and modify the car rental if the travel itinerary changes. Referral fee when your guests reserve and rent a car with one of our rental car partners.
Airline Tickets Through our world-class 7X24 travel call center, your guests can talk to a licensed travel professional to assist with airline ticketing. This is particularly helpful for families and groups traveling to your destination. Referral fee when your guests purchase airline tickets via our call center.
Activities Through our world-class 7X24 travel call center, your guests can talk to a licensed travel professional to assist with booking activities during your guest's stay. Referral fee when your guests book activities.
Personal Assistance Concierge Service Through our world-class 7X24 travel call center, your guests can purchase the Personal Assistance Service, which is a concierge service that gives your guests access to a wide range of assistance services. Net of "retail" service price to guest (set by 877.eTravel) less "wholesale" service cost.
